Following the initial interview, a fee and service agreement will be drawn up and preliminary sketches will be created to ensure that our designs are, indeed, in sync with your overall vision. Once approved, your custom home design will be expanded upon through the use of cutting-edge, professional CAD (Computer-Aided Design) floor plans, exterior elevations and site plans.
