  • Comprehensive and Bilingual Services Architectural Detailing & Planning Phase – New Construction or Renovations Space planning CAD drawings of Floor plans, elevations, details, and renderings Lighting design & layout.
  • Interior Specifications – Includes hardware, plumbing, major appliances, wall finishes, flooring, tile/stone selections & design, lighting, acoustics, moldings, etc.
  • Specialty Designs – Includes custom cabinetry, niches, fireplace, staircase, bar, custom built-ins, custom furniture, acoustics, accessibility, home office, kitchens and baths, game rooms, home theater, home healthcare, home fitness, historic preservation, sustainable/green environments and products, design services for clients with special needs, etc.
  • Purchasing Services ­ Part of the design process can include procurement. This service can be a separate or an integral part of a design package. We have access to a wide array of products from wholesale vendors.
